How to create an initial distribution of trapped hydrogen?

Hello! I would like to calculate a desorption spectrum for a given initial depth distribution of trapped hydrogen. I. e., not to assume empty traps and fill them with implantation, but to start with a specified distribution of - already trapped - hydrogen and then go directly to the simulation of a TDS spectrum. Any advice on how this distribution can be specified? Thanks!

Hi @EugZ

It seems you have to define the initial distribution of trapped species using festim.InitialConcentration for FESTIM v2 and festim.InitialCondition for FESTIM v1.

Please refer to this example in the FESTIM tutorial (v2) and this page for FESTIM v1.
